CANCELLATION POLICY **The cutoff date has been extended to 23 June 2005 and the cancellation policy has been amended. o Every reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card. Without any garanty from your side, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the hotel. o In case of cancellation before June 23rd , 2005 : No cancellation fee. o In case of cancellation as from June 23rd to July 11th , 2005 : 3 nights will be charged on the credit card given. o In case of cancellation as from July 12th , 2005 : The whole stay will be charged on the credit card given. o After July 12th 2005 : All new enquiry will be confirmed on availibility and as per contract. Any cancelled room night or non arrival from the 23 June 2005 is the responsibility of each individual attendee and will be charged to the credit card indicated.
