To receive the IETF group rate you must use one of the methods below to make your reservation:

Room Guarantee
Guaranteed reservations will be held until the night of the arrival date. All reservations for guests without credit cards or with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit card details will not be confirmed by the Hotel. Hotel will notify Guest that the room has not been confirmed and the reason therefore.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of $50.00 USD will be applied to all rooms that do not notify the front desk within 24 hours of an early check out. Hotel will confirm with guest at the time of their check in the scheduled departure date.
Guest Cancellation
Individuals can cancel the reservation without penalty until 72 hours prior to the check-in/arrival. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to the event or non-arrival or no-show, the Hotel holds the right to charge the individual one nights stay as cancellation fee.
Rate Period
The IETF rate will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after the event (based on availability).
Internet: Complimentary high speed Internet access in guestroom.
Guest Name Substitution
Names may be substituted for reserved rooms without penalty up to 14 days prior to the event.
Non-smoking Rooms
The Hotel's guestroom inventory is at least 95% non-smoking.
Renovations
As of the date of the signing of this contract, Hotel has no plans for renovation and remodeling.
