  • 214.00 USD * - Double Room Rate

* These guest room rates do not include 15% per room per night tax and 1.15 USD per room per night tax. Room rate is inclusive of in-room Internet.

Reservations Procedures: To receive the IETF group rate you may:

  • CLICK HERE to make your reservation via a special page on the Hilton website; or,
  • Make a reservation by calling 1-800-222-9923 and ask for the IETF group rate (or mention code IET to receive the group rate)

Room Guarantee: Guaranteed reservations will be held until the night of the arrival date.  All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card that shall be charged on the cut off date for one night’s room and tax, which is refundable up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $75 USD will be applied to all rooms that do not notify the front desk within 24 hours of an early check out.  Hotel will confirm with guest at the time of their check in the scheduled departure date.

Guest Cancellation: Individuals can cancel the reservation without penalty until 3 days prior to check-in/arrival.  In case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to the event or non-arrival or no-show, the hotel holds the right to charge the individuals one nights stay as cancellation fee.

Rate Period: The IETF rate will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after the event (based on availability).
Internet: Complimentary high speed Internet access in guestroom.

Guest Name Substitution: Names may be substituted for reserved rooms without penalty up to 14 day prior to the event.

Parking: Self Parking - $15 USD subject to change; Valet - $19 USD; Parking garage located behind the hotel.
