Reservations Procedures: To receive the IETF group rate you may book ONLINE or complete this FORM to make your reservation.  Submit completed form to Maastricht Booking Service.  Maastricht Booking Service reserves the right to book you into a similar hotel, in case the requested hotel is fully booked. Do not call the Maastricht Booking Service directly to make your reservation.

Room Guarantee: Guaranteed reservations will be held until the night of the arrival date.  All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card that shall be charged on the cut off date for one night’s room and tax, which is refundable up to 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of 50% of the cancelled nights.  Hotel will confirm with guest at the time of their check in the scheduled departure date.

Guest Cancellation: Individuals can cancel the reservation more than 48 hours before arrival and Maastricht Booking Service will charge 35,00 Euros administration fee.  In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to non-arrival or no-show, the hotel holds the right to charge the individuals one nights stay as cancellation fee.  Cancellations for reservations with arrival on Monday and Tuesday should be received by Friday before 1600 hours (CET).  All cancellations/changes will only be accepted by Maastricht Booking Service in writing and refunds are dealt with after the event.

Rate Period: The IETF rate will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after the event (based on availability).  Guest room rates are per person and are inclusive of breakfast  buffet but excluding city tax and guest room internet access.

Please Note: Breakfast has been negotiated into the IETF hotel guest room rate, most rates on the individual hotel web pages DO NOT include breakfast.
