Reservations Cut off Date: October 22, 2010

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: guaranteed reservations will be held until the night of the arrival date. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card which shall be charged on the cut off date (October 22, 2010) for one night room and tax which is refundable up to 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Guest Cancellation: Individuals can cancel a reservation without penalty until 3 days prior to check-in/arrival. In case of cancellation less than 3 days to 1 day prior to expected arrival day, the Hotel will charge 2 nights of the room charges and service charge. For non-arrival or no-show on expected arrival day, the Hotel holds the right to charge the individuals for 3 nights of the room charges and service charge as cancellation fees.

Check in time: 15:00; Check out time: 12:00

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of original duration at daily group rate and service charge will be applied to all rooms that do not notify the front desk within 24 hours of an early check out. Hotel will confirm with guest at the time of check in on the scheduled departure date. If guest gives the Hotel an advance notice of 24 hours, the Hotel will not charge any penalty.

NOTE: Distance between the Hotel Nikko and the Shangri-La Hotel is approximately 2.2 kilometers (1.37 miles), 8-10 minutes by cab or bus (depending on traffic) and 20-30 minutes walking (though not recommended, it may be rather cold). A shuttle bus will be provided between the two venues running continually between the hotels for 1 hour prior and 1 hour after the event everyday from November 7 - 12, 2010. During the conference hours on November 8 - 12, 2010 the shuttle bus will be running between the two hotels every 1 hour.

Cab prices between the two venues will cost approximately RMB 10-15 (approximately USD 2.20; EUR 1.75; JPY 186).

Instructions for making online reservations at Shangri-La

2) Fill in the required check-in date, check out date, number of rooms, adults and children. Group Code: ADO101102 (First 3 characters are letters) should automatically be filled in.
3) Click on “Select this rate” for IETF 79th Conference Group Rate which will take you to the complete list of room types available.
4) Select preferred room by clicking the “Book this room” button and continue.
5) Confirm information and click “Continue”, simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online booking.

Superior Room, Garden Wing (35 sqm) - Rooms feature international direct-dial telephones with dual lines and voice mail, complimentary broadband Internet access, satellite TV and writing desk with international sockets and bathroom.

Deluxe Room, Garden Wing (35 sqm) - Located on higher level, floors 14 to 24, feature international direct-dial telephones with dual lines and voice mail, complimentary broadband Internet access, satellite TV and writing desk with international sockets. Bathroom has separate shower and bath.

Premier Room, Valley Wing (50 sqm) - Rooms are in the new Valley Wing. Bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with separate soaking tub, glass shower room, and a 15-inch LCD television. Instructions for making online reservation at Nikko
1. Go to hotel’s website at www.newcenturyhotel.com.cn and fill in the reservation date, then click the ‘search’ button.
2. Select room type and click ‘booking’.
3. Read booking notes carefully, especially the IETF Notes. To continue with booking, click on ‘Accept’ and it will take you to the next page.
4. Fill in details, as well as column on ‘Personal Options’. NOTE: In the 'Remark’ box you MUST enter group code: ADO101102 (First 3 characters are letters).
5. The reservation number will be shown at the ‘result’ page, a password for your reservation should be sent to the e-mail you provided. You can check your reservation with the reservation number and password at the hotel's website.
6. You will automatically receive another reservation confirmation letter for reservation confirmation once the hotel system accepts your reservation.

Standard Room (28 sqm) - Rooms have either twin-bed or king-size bed. There is a table for writing, a TV, two armchairs with a tea-table, Mini-bar, Wardrobe with Safe-box and bathrobe. (Floors 5-23)

Business Standard (28 sqm) - These rooms have the same items of the Standard room and with sofa. (Floors 24-26)

Business Superior (43 sqm) - These rooms have upgraded furniture and are larger than Standard room. (Floors 27-28)

Executive Superior (43 sqm) - These rooms have same furniture as Business Superior room and is the top style room of hotel. It includes happy-hour and business lounge including personal check-in and check-out as well as access to the lounge. (Floors 29-31)
