Guaranteed Reservations to be Held:  Guaranteed reservations will be held until 23:59 the night of the arrival date. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card which shall be charged on the cut off date (March 9, 2011) for one night room and tax which is refundable up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Guest Cancellation:  Individuals can cancel a reservation without penalty until 7 days prior to check-in/arrival. In case of cancellation from 7 to 3 days prior to check-in/arrival, the Hotel holds the right to charge the individuals the first night of the stay. In the event of cancel less than 3 days prior to the event or non-arrival or no-show, the hotel holds the right to charge the individuals full length of stay as reserved as cancellation fees, however in the event the hotel is fully booked on any nights during the event, the hotel may not charge the cancellation fee fro that night.  Further, should the guest cancel or no-show as a result of a death or serious illness leading to a last minute cancellation, cancellation or no-show shall be subject to exemption by the Hotel on a case-by-case basis.

Early Departure Fee:  An early departure fee of 1,500 CZK will be applied to all rooms that do not notify the front desk within 24 hours of an early check out. Hotel will confirm with guest at the time of check-in the scheduled departure date.

Airport Transfer Option:  The Hilton can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport by the Hilton taxi. The cost of this service is CZK 900 (50 USD; 37 EUR; 4,090 JPY) (from airport to Hilton) and 800 CZK (45 USD; 33 EUR; 3,636 JPY) (from Hilton to airport).
