Guidelines for Audio Cast Sessions

The following guidelines are directed specifically to working group and/or BOF chairs to ensure a quality audio cast of the working group and/or BOF. All sessions will be audio cast.

  • Working group chairs and participants will need to enforce microphone discipline, stating their name for the record and using the microphone for meeting participation.

Jabber Sessions

Jabber sessions for each working group may be followed by joing the chat room for the appropriate working group. The list of chatrooms and chat logs may be found at http://www.ietf.org/jabber/ .
