The registration fee for registering and/or paying on-site is USD 700.00 or CAD 770.00
On-site payment may be made with a credit card - American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club - a check in US Dollars drawn on a US bank, or cash - US and Canadian Dollars.
Full-time students with proper ID will receive a special US$150 student rate if registered and paid by the pre-registration cut-off date. On-site registrations and payments will not be eligible for the special student rate. Failure to provide proper ID on-site will revoke the special student status.
A CD-ROM (US$20) of the meeting Proceedings, to include a printable version, will be available approximately 8-10 weeks following the meeting. If you would like to receive the proceedings, check YES in the appropriate box on the registration form. The cost will be added to the total amount due.
Your registration fee includes admission to all working group sessions and plenaries, Sunday evening reception (cash bar), daily continental breakfast and afternoon coffee break.
