Routing Requirement and Protocol Work in ITU-T Study Group 15 – cont’d Q14/15 has initiated work on a new draft Recommendation (G.7715.1). It describes the requirements for a link-state method routing protocol for ASON. Its scope is limited to routing of transport connections within ASON networks, and encompasses inter routing control domain applications A template document has been created to facilitate comparison of candidate routing protocols against G.8080, G.7715, and G.7715.1. |
