Open Items Addressing Packet Sampling Interval issue: Recommendations to adapt similar approach to the IGP convergence as this definition applies to current work item We feel that 100ms is large for MPLS FRR applications (which targets failover time to be under 40ms or 50ms). We are considering changing this number to 1ms, and would expect test tools to offer this sampling interval Good discussion on the mailing list so far: Our recommendation to change it to 1ms Capabilities on the testers exist to sample at 1ms interval In this meeting we would like to have an agreement on this issue |
