Changes: Policy Framework Draft Token in Policy-Id header parameter: UAs copy tokens received from the policy server into the Policy-Id header. Can be used to route all requests for setting up a session to same proxy. Usage of policies: UA compliant to this spec MUST use policies received or, if it decides not to accept them, reject/terminate the session. Policy usage was SHOULD. A UAS that does not accept policies MUST reject session with 488. Clarified procedure for terminating sessions. Clarified that local policy server URI can be received via configuration.
