Prefix Delegation II Renumbering: Delegating router can send RECONFIGURE message to trigger the requesting router to reapply for prefixes. Reboot/Link state change Requesting router sends CONFIRM on reboot/link-state events to confirm that received prefixes are still valid. Release Requesting router can send a RELEASE message to indication that the received prefixes are no longer needed.
