Identify and articulate requirements/wish list for Internet traffic engineering
- requirements and expectations from service providers
- separate requirements into logical buckets
- don’t need explicit path system for some TE requirements
- clearly identify MUST vs. would LIKE
Suggest improvements to existing protocols, if necessary, to advance the TE function
