Updates/Fixes to IFMIB Mappings

• ifTestTable text and test OIDs have nothing to point to anymore

• Fix ifInErrors definition - currently double counts symbol errors

• Update ifSpeed/ifHighSpeed mappings

• Update ifMtu mapping to reflect implementations that support > 1500

• Layering model update

  • Link aggregation

• Strengthen ifType text
