Halpern *** ForCES Forwarding Element Model - Joel talked briefly about the changes he made after the AD review of the model draft. The major change done is to the schema to better support inheritance. 4) Kentaro Ogawa *** SCTP based TML (Transport Mapping Layer) for ForCES protocol -- Implementation experience shows that it is a good idea to use 3 SCTP sockets instead of 1 SCTP socket with 3 streams. This is because under congestion there is a possibility that a low priority packet will HOL block a higher priority packet since packets from all streams are ordered. - Kentaro then gave details about what is carried in the 3 different sockets activities as well as the implementation. 5) Jamal Hadi Salim Wrap-up and Adjourn
