presented a draft on requirements for multicast FRR.

Dino: 	work done at cisco, customer reqs are there
	diff components, PIM hello should leave away, doesn't affect conv
	ppl maybe happy with unicast convergence (i.e. FRR), but still
	may have to do mcast, have solutions for this
	decoupling mcast and unicast convergence is preferred
	RP changes are heavy
	will present 

Tony:	there's interest in this work

Dave:  analyse topologies better

Louse/BT: a note on operational aspects

?/cisco: presenting at MBONED? maybe a good place to collect ops
requirements

Alex: believe interest is there.
      not clear why the doc talks about m2mp lsp's?

Alex:	sense of the room for interest: 70% --clear consensus in the room
	sense of the room for the doc as the WG doc: 10 ppl, but only 3 read the doc


Michael:
presented his BGP session security reqs draft

Alex: Purpose of the doc? collection of things good to have from the ops point
   of view? requirements to BGP implementations? Guidelines for future work?
   MUST/SHOULD/MAY's: not clear what they mean here.

Discussion around the above. Concluded that work is useful and shouldn't be droped,
however, should make a decision whether these are guidelines for deployments, for
protocol implementers, or for future standards work. This needs to be cleaned up
before the doc can progress.
