  Outstanding documents:
    LFB-LIb - presented below, many changes since last time.
    CE_HA - small textual improvements and implementation issue, see below.
    Interop V2 - no major changes.
  Plan for documents:
    LFB-LIb - Need more review and update before LC.
    CE_HA - Hope to wrap up after the meeting.
    Interop V2 - Hope to wrap up after the meeting.
  Other related topics:
    ForCES was reviewed for Deta Center migration.
    SDN BoF - Scope and goals were introduced.

* LFB Lib - Weiming Wang (20 minutes)
  Updated to Version 6, was at Version 5
    Modified and reorganized the texts for readability.
    Modified some LFB definitions, including BasicMetadataDispatch,
    GenericScheduler etc. and updated XML definitions accordingly.
    Modified some text description in XML files.
  Issues
    One major change is that BasicMEtadataDispatch LFB is added
    a new component, "MetadataID".
    Joel Halpern provided some clarification about the content key.
    No question from participants.
  Plan
    Before the last call, we hope to collect more comments
    to the current draft version. Then update the version,
    we will move forward and release.

* CE HA - Kentaro Ogawa (10 minutes)
  Updated to Version 2, was at Version 1
    Added figure for two scenarios of CE Failover for hot-standby.
    Added figure for State machine for High availability with hot-standby.
    Modified some text to improve the draft.
  Issues
    Backward compatibility issue since FEPOfs component 9 (Backup CEs)
    was changed. This is a pre-association version mismatch issue,
    so up to the Managers to identify and not allow an association
    that would fail or cause problems.
    No question from participants.
  Plan
    We will move forward and release.
