If via list. dest, fwd options and 256 bytes of message can't fit, use IP fragmentation
Anycast issues
  Ping & single RT messages work, DTLS may not.
  Two proposals are discussed: a) remove anycast from the text, b) include a unicast (non-anycast) address of the server in the response of the PING request. It is proposed to move the discussion to the list.

SNMP draft

Uses Reload to find the address of the SNMP stack and engine. 

On slide labeled "remaining issues". Question is do you want to change SNMP or do you want to change RELOAD? Case 1 is a new transport for SNMP. 

Dan R points out this concerns him as it was a huge amount of work. 

Dan - SNMP needs to get over something so need to have some MIB. SOmething needs to be there even if it basically an empty MIB module. If you want to SNMP management, then need to do a real module.
