July - advised IESG about accounting-related work in the IETF. (Summary - specifying mechanisms is OK, recommending business practices is not OK.)
August - published cryptography statement (RFC 1984), subsequently followed up, e.g. with OECD, French translation...
September - represented at Harvard policy workshop.
