    1. The minutes from the July 11 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in Shadow directories.

    2. The IESG approved publication of TCP Selective Acknowledgment
    Options <draft-ietf-tcplw-sack-02.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    Avoidance, Fast Retransmit, and Fast Recovery Algorithms
    <draft-stevens-tcpca-spec-01.txt> as a Proposed Standard. Steve to

    5. The IESG approved publication of the two RMON Internet-Drafts:

    1. Remote Network Monitoring ManagementInformation Base version 2
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-rmonmib-v2-03.txt>
    2. Remote Network Monitoring MIB Protocol Identifiers
    <draft-ietf-rmonmib-rmonprot-03.txt>

    as Proposed Standards. Steve to send announcement.

    6. It was noted that the number of documents being considered by the
    IESG are submitted without Security Consideration sections and/or
    author information (both required for RFC publication). In addition
    to reviewing the technical content, ADs were encouraged to also
    insure completeness before submitting to the IESG for consideration
    as an RFC document.

    7. Revisions to the charter and milestones for the Poised WG were
    approved, along with the acronym change to poisson. The charter
    text was modified slightly to read:

    The standards process document produced by Poised95 left one
    issue unresolved: the categorization of documents. The working
    group will address and resolve this remaining item.

    8. The IESG approved publication of PPP Stac LZS Compression Protocol
    <draft-ietf-pppext-stacker-10.txt> as an Informational RFC. Steve
    to send announcement.

    9. Fred volunteered to run the WG Chair Training session at the
    Memphis IETF meeting. He will "audit" the San Jose session being
    run by Harald.

    10. Fred was (t)asked to write the Protocol Action text for IRTF
    Research Group Guidelines and Procedures
    <draft-weinrib-irtf-guidelines-00.txt>, a candidate for BCP.
