    1. The minutes of the April 6 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. The IESG approved publication of The Inverted Stack Table Extension
    to the Interfaces Group MIB <draft-ietf-ifmib-invstackmib-03.txt> as
    a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    3. The IESG approved publication of The Interfaces Group MIB
    <draft-ietf-ifmib-ifmib2-03.txt> as a Draft Standard. Steve to send
    announcement once he receives RFC Editor text from Thomas.

    4. The IESG approved publication of RTP Payload Format for Real-Time
    Pointer <draft-ietf-avt-pointer-02.txt> as a Proposed Standard.
    Steve to send announcement, along with the following request to the
    RFC Editor:

    Please replace the first occurance of the phrase "mouse buttons"
    with "pointer special effects flags, such as mouse buttons", and
    all subsequent occurances of the phrase "mouse buttons" with
    "pointer flags".

    5. The IESG approved publication of Root Name Server Operational
    Requirements <draft-ietf-dnsop-root-opreq-05.txt> as a BCP. Steve to
    send announcement, along with a notice that this document obsoletes
    RFC2010.

    6. The IESG approved publication of Textual Conventions for Internet
    Network Addresses <draft-ops-endpoint-mib-08.txt> as a Proposed
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    7. The IESG approved publication of Textual Conventions for Additional
    High Capacity Data Types <draft-kzm-hcdata-types-05.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    8. The IESG tentatively approved the Voice Profile for Internet Mail
    (vpim) WG. Steve to send WG Review message to the IETF Announcement
    and new-work mailing lists.

    9. The IESG tentatively approved the Internet Message Access Protocol
    Extension (imapext) WG. Steve to send WG Review message to the IETF
    Announcement and new-work mailing lists.

    10. The IESG approved the rechartering of the Authentication,
    Authorization, and Accounting (aaa) WG. Steve to update records.

    11. The IESG approved the rechartering of the ADSL MIB (adslmib) WG.
    Steve to update records.

    12. The IESG approved publication of A Framework for a Gateway Location
    Protocol <draft-ietf-iptel-gwloc-framework-06.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    13. The IESG approved publication of A Tangled Web:issues of I18N,
    domain names, and the other Internet protocols
    <draft-iab-i18n-dns-01.txt> as an Informational RFC. Randy to send
    text for an RFC Editor note. As soon as it is received, Steve to
    send announcement.

    14. The IESG approved publication of Remote Authentication Dial In User
    Service (RADIUS) <draft-ietf-radius-radius-v2-06.txt> as a Draft
    Standard. Steve to send announcement.

    Approval of this document means that the other Radius documents
    (approved February 24, 2000, but waiting on this document) can now
    be announced.
