    7. The IESG approved the recharter of Middlebox Communication
    (midcom). Steve to locate and include text provided by Leslie
    Daigle, then update the WG records.

    8. The IESG approved publication of URIs,URLs, and URNs:
    Clarifications and Recommendations Report from the joint W3C/IETF
    URI PLanning Interest Group <draft-mealling-uri-ig-02.txt> as an
    Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    9. The IESG approved publication of IAB Considerations for UNilateral
    Self-Address Fixing (UNSAF) <draft-iab-unsaf-considerations-01.txt>
    as an Informational RFC. Steve to send note to IAB, informing them
    that while this document has been approved, the IAB might consider
    an IETF-wide Last Call.

    The IAB's response will determine Steve's action (send last call or
    announcement.
