    1. The minutes of the March 7 Teleconference were approved. Steve to
    place in public archives.

    2. Subsequent to the March 7 teleconference, the IESG approved
    publication of Advice to link designers on link Automatic Repeat
    reQues (ARQ) <draft-ietf-pilc-link-arq-issues-03.txt> as a BCP.
    Steve to send announcement.

    3. In his copious spare time, Steve to check and verify that all wg
    email archives at IETF.ORG are being fed. If not, attempt to
    subscribe the appropriate email address. Steve to also track down
    archives of ietf mailing lists not based at ietf.org and add to
    ietf.org archives.

    4. The IESG approved publication of Voice Profile for Internet Mail -
    version 2 <draft-ietf-vpim-vpimv2r2-05.txt> as a Draft Standard.
    Steve to send announcement.

    5. The IESG tentatively approved publication of Message Context for
    Internet Mail (Proposed) <draft-ietf-vpim-hint-07.txt> as a
    Proposed Standard. Allison to provide RFC Editor note and, when
    received, Steve to send announcement.

    6. The IESG tentatively approved publication of RTP: A Transport
    Protocol for Real-Time Applications <draft-ietf-avt-rtp-new-11.txt>
    and RTP Profile for Audio and Video Conferences with Minimal
    Control <draft-ietf-avt-profile-new-12.txt> as Draft Standards.
    Allison to provide RFC Editor note and, when received, Steve to
    send announcement.

    7. Steve to correct the proposed NFSv4 WG charter so it refers to the
    RFCs noted in Steve Bellovin's note, then send out WG Review
    message to IETF Announce and new-work. WG action to be included on
    next agenda.

    8. Steve to send a WG Review messsage for the Operation of the
    IESG/IAB Nominating and Recall Committees (nomcom) Proposed WG.

    9. Scott and Allison to send text for the Public-Key Infrastructure
    (X.509) (pkix) WG recharter.

    10. The IESG had no problem with the publication of iSCSI Requirements
    and Design Considerations <draft-ietf-ips-iscsi-reqmts-06.txt> as
    an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement.

    11. Erik Nordmark was officially declared to be the IESG liaison to the
    IAB.

    12. Action on the three RMT documents was deferred:

    o Layered Coding Transport transport building block (Experimental)
    <draft-ietf-rmt-bb-lct-04.txt>
    o Forward Error Correction building block (Experimental)
    <draft-ietf-rmt-bb-fec-06.txt>
    o The use of Forward Error Correction in Reliable Multicast
    (Informational) draft-ietf-rmt-info-fec-02.txt>

    Note that the info-fec document included inappropriate IPR text.

    13. Patrik was tasked to take steps for elevating RFC 2279 (UTF-8, a
    transformation format of ISO 10646) from Draft Standard to
    Standard.

    14. Steve to notify the RFC Editor that the IESG has asked the PPVPN
    WG to review Scalable Connectionless Tunneling Architecture and
    Protocols for VPNs <draft-kuwahara-cl-tunneling-vpn-00.txt>

    15. Steve and Leslie to touch base on the set of individual
    submissions, particularly those submitted via the RFC Editor.

    16. Steve to arrange for Leslie and Rob to have access to the IESG web
    page. Also, once verified that all IESGers have unique access
    methods, Steve to disable access via "members"

    17. No final action was taken on the following agenda items:

    and Framework PIBs.
