    for a new Operations and Management Area working group for OPSEC.
    o Bill Fenner to determine with WG chairs whether a liaison with OIF is
    desirable, and will inform the IAB of the decision.
    o Applications ADs to evaluate the situation with regards to MIME type
    review, and see how we can ensure the review turnaround times specified
    in the MIME registration procedures.

    NEW:

    o Bert Wijnen to post the final version of the I-D Checklist to
    www.ops.ietf.org/ID-Checklist1.html.
    o Bert Wijnen to send a draft message to the iesg-secretary that
    will announce the new I-D Checklist Web page.

    The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review. The

    announcement to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place
    the WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (05/27/2004).

    o Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (bfd) - 2 of 2

    The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review. The
    Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate
    announcement to new-work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place
    the WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (05/27/2004).

    The IESG decided not to approve the charter for the working
    Group at this time, to allow for further discussion with the W3C
    and the proposers of the working group.

    7. Management Issues
    7.1 Check that we have checked the RFC/WGname (Harald Alvestrand)

    This management issue was discussed. The IESG has looked at the
    RFC to WG name mapping, and decided that it looks reasonable for
    the RFC Editor to use it.

    7.2 Approval to block participant on a WG list (Bert Wijnen)

    This management issue was discussed. The IESG agrees that Bert
    Wijnen may block posting rights for Dean Anderson on the dnsops
    mailing list if he refuses to stay on topic as per the list rules.

    7.3 Does the IESG like/dislike the inclusion of "Section Questions"
    on the Agenda? (Harald Alvestrand)

    This management issue was discussed. The IESG decided to keep the
    "Section Questions" on the agenda.
