    for a new Operations and Management Area working group for OPSEC.
    o Bill Fenner to determine with WG chairs whether a liaison with OIF is

    o Applications ADs to evaluate the situation with regards to MIME type
    review, and see how we can ensure the review turnaround times specified
    in the MIME registration procedures.
    o Bert Wijnen to finalize text for the alternative procedure for updating
    MIB modules and put it on www.ops.ietf.org Web site.
    o Bert Wijnen to provide text for the alternative procedure for updating
    MIB modules to the Secretariat, so the Secretariat can make sure

    old boilerplates. All I-Ds submitted after this date require the use of the
    new boilerplate.

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG decided to create
    and post an errata page for RFCs 3667 and 3668, and reissue as
    new RFCs as soon as possible.

    7.3 Proposed Tools Team (Allison Mankin)

    The management issue was discussed.

    7.4 Expedited Handling of Fibrechannel Documents (Allison Mankin)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG supports the request
    to expedite draft-ietf-ips-fcip-slp-09 and draft-ietf-ips-fccovertcpip-12
    for ANSI T11.
    Action item: o Allison Mankin to send the expedited handling request for
    draft-ietf-ips-fcip-slp-09 and draft-ietf-ips-fccovertcpip-12 to the
    Secretariat.
    o The Secretariat to forward the expedited handling request for

    The IESG discussed the potential for a liaison with OIF; current
    IESG opinion is that such a relationship is worth exploring, and
    OIF status as industry consortium (not official SDO) was not
    relevant to whether or not the IESG chooses to liaise.
