The Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement to include the following text: There has been discussion in the community regarding whether this working group would be better housed in the Routing Area or in the Internet Area. The IESG is still considering this issue, but has chosen to charter the WG in the Internet Area at this time. o Site Multihoming by IPv6 Intermediation (shim6) - 3 of 3 Token: Margaret Wasserman The IESG approved the charter for the new working group. The Secretariat will send a WG Action announcement. Brian Carpenter recused himself from expressing an opinion in the discussion of the working group charter. 4.2 WG Rechartering 4.2.1 Under evaluation for IETF Review o Audio/Video Transport (avt) - 1 of 1 Token: Allison Mankin The IESG approved the updated charter for the working group. The charter will be placed back on the agenda in the same category for the 07/07/2005 IESG Teleconference at the request of the AD. 5. IAB News We Can Use 6. Management Issues 6.1 Reopening jumbo ethernet frames in IS-IS (Bill Fenner) The management issue was discussed. Action item: Bill Fenner to contact the IETF's IEEE Liaison, Bernard Aboba, for more information regarding the jumbo ethernet frames in IS-IS. 6.2 The Reuse of SPF version 1 Records (Ted Hardie) The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to respond to the SPF council as follows: (Ted Hardie to provide this text) 6.3 IPv4 Multicast Address Architecture BoF (David Kessens) The management issue was discussed. The IESG expressed no objection to the IPv4 Multicast Address Architecture BoF meeting at the Paris IETF meeting in August. 6.4 Appeal from John Klensin (Brian Carpenter) The management issue was not discussed.
