    The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed to send the
    EDU Team charter out for IETF-wide review.

    6.3 JFC appeal dated 2006-09-10 (Brian Carpenter)

    The management issue was discussed. The IESG agreed on a reply
    to the JFC Morfin appeal dated September 10, 2006.
