   6.1 Request for designated expert for RFC5971 registry [IANA #397263]

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Martin
Stiemerling (martin.stiemerling@neclab.eu) as the designated expert for
RFC 5971.

   6.2 Request for designated expert for RFC5308 registry [IANA #148437]
       (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved David Ward
(dward@juniper.net) as the primary expert reviewer and Chris Hopps
(chopps@rawdofmt.org) as the secondary expert reviewer for RFC 5308.

   6.3 Lessons from draft-palanivelan-bfd-v2-gr (Adrian Farrel)

The management issue was not discussed.  The IESG will discuss this
topic at an upcoming informal telechat.

   6.4 Request for assistance with character set requests (Michelle
