4. Working Group Actions
4.1 WG Creation

The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review.  The
Secretariat will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message
to new-work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda
for the next IESG Teleconference (July 5, 2012).

4.1.2 Proposed for Approval
  o IMAP MOVE extension (imapmove) - 1 of 1

The IESG approved the charter for the new working group pending the
addition of chairs to be provided by Barry Leiba.  The Secretariat will
send a WG Action announcement.

6. Management Issues
   6.1 NomCom Requirements (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the IESG Member
Requirements for the to-be-seated NomCom.

   6.2 Note Well (Pete Resnick and Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed.  The Note Well will be discussed
further at the next IESG Teleconference (July 5, 2012).

Action item: Russ Housley to send a message to the community regarding
potential changes to the Note Well.

   6.3 Expert for IODEF registrations per RFC-ietf-mile-iodef-xmlreg
       (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Kathleen Moriarty
(kathleen.moriarty@emc.com) as the designated expert for IODEF in the
IANA XML Registry.

   6.4 Assignment of Expert Reviewer for "Pseudowire Switching Point PE
       sub-TLV Type" sub-registry of the "Pseudowire Name Spaces (PWE3)"
       registry (Adrian Farrel)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Stewart Bryant
(stbryant@cisco.com) as the primary expert reviewer and Matthew Bocci
(Matthew.Bocci@alcatel-lucent.com) as the secondary expert reviewer for
the "Pseudowire Switching Point PE sub-TLV Type" sub-registry of the
"Pseudowire Name Spaces (PWE3)" registry.

   6.5 Proposed Liaison Statement to ITU-T on References to Documents
       from Other SDOs (Russ Housley)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG agreed on the text for the
proposed liaison statement and will send it to the IAB for approval.
