The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter.

WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (May 16, 2013).

6. Management Issues

   6.1 Modification to Early Allocation for Trickle Multicast Option
       [IANA #659531] (Michelle Cotton)

Discussion of this management item was deferred to the next IESG
teleconference (May 16, 2013).

   6.2 Unauthorized Use of TCP Option 28 (Martin Stiemerling)

The management issue was discussed.

Action item: Martin Stiemerling to update the text for TCP Option 28 in
the IANA TCP Option Kind Numbers registry to include a link to the known
unauthorized use of TCP Option 28.

   6.3 Approval of text for "Resolution of disputes between designated
       IANA port experts" (Martin Stiemerling)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG will continue discussion
of this management item via email and at the next informal IESG
teleconference (May 2, 2013).

   6.4 Confirm registration process for port requests in IETF consensus
       documents (Barry Leiba)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG will ask IANA to correct
the registry with respect to the port registration policies.

   6.5 Charter External Review Timing (IESG Secretary)

The management issue was discussed.
