The management issue was discussed.  The IESG assigned the following
positions:

   6.2 Note Well Change (Jari Arkko)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the future
version of the IETF Note Well.

Action item: Barry Leiba to send email to Jorge Contreras asking him to
confirm that the future version of the Note Well meets the legal
obligations.

   6.3 Approving an IANA registry entry for
       draft-ietf-multimob-pmipv6-ropt (Brian Haberman)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the allocation of
an IPv6 Mobility Option for draft-ietf-multimob-pmipv6-ropt.

   6.4 Approve a designated expert for CORE CoAP registries (Barry
      Leiba)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Zach Shelby
(zach@sensinode.com) as the designated expert for the IANA registries
defined in Sections 12.2 and 12.3 of draft-ietf-core-coap.

   6.5 LTANS Registry Expert (Sean Turner)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the following
designated experts for additions to the id-ltans OID arc in the LTANS
Registry:
