The IESG decided to proceed with IETF review of the revised charter.
The Secretariat will send a WG Review: Recharter announcement, with a 
separate message to new-work@ietf.org.  The Secretariat will place the 
WG on the agenda for the next IESG teleconference (December 4, 2014).

  o Path Computation Element (pce) - 3 of 3

The IESG approved the updated charter for the working group pending the 
conclusion of chartering effort for TEAS and the rechartering efforts 
for CCAMP and MPLS.  The Secretariat will send a WG Action: RECHARTER 
announcement.

6. Management Issues
   6.1 [IANA #792764] Designated Expert for RFC 6887 (PCP Parameters) 
       (Amanada Baber-IANA / Ted Lemon)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved Dan Wing 
<dwing@cisco.com> and Stuart Cheshire <cheshire@apple.com> as the expert 
reviewers for the PCP registry.

   6.2 Acceptance of media-type registration from standards organization 
       ECMA (Amanda Baber-IANA)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG asks IANA to process this 
media-type request, and to add this organization to the 'Standards-
related organizations that have registered Media Types in the Standards 
Tree.' 

   6.3 Question about ASCII-only and UTF-8 for protocol parameter 
       registries (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed. The situation required for draft-
ietf-eppext-reg was resolved.

   6.4 Returning 2 Protocol Numbers (Michelle Cotton)

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved the deprecation 
of protocols 53 (SWIPE) and 95 (MICP).

   6.5 Removal of footer note from MHonArc messages (Pete Resnick)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG will instruct the Tools 
Team to change the MHonArc configuration so that such footers are not 
added to archived messages in the future.

   6.6 Discuss adding an AD with responsibility for YANG (Benoit Claise)

The management issue was discussed.
