for the next IESG Teleconference (April 9, 2015).

The management issue was discussed.  The IESG approved adding Jim Galvin 
<galvin@elistx.com> as an additional expert for the Extensible 
Provisioning Protocol (EPP) registries.

   6.5 IANAPLAN Appeal (Jari Arkko)

Russ Housley and Brian Trammell recused themselves from the discussion 
and left the teleconference. The management issue was discussed.  

Action item: Ben Campbell and Barry Leiba to prepare for the initial 
discussion of the IANAPLAN appeal in Dallas.
