The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending edits to 
the text of the charter to be provided by Alia Atlas. The Secretariat 
will send a WG Review announcement, with a separate message to new-
work@ietf.org. The Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the 
next IESG Teleconference (June 16, 2016).

   6.1 Relax Last Call Requirement for Normative Downrefs (Ben Campbell)

The management issue was discussed.

relaxing the Last Call requirements for normative downrefs.

   6.2 Finish reviewing IESG qualification for NomCom (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed. The management issue will be placed 
back on the agenda for the next IESG Teleconference (June 16, 2016).

The management issue was discussed in an executive session.
