The IESG approved the draft WG charter for IETF review pending a final 
check to be completed by Benoit Claise. The Secretariat will send a WG 
Review announcement, with a separate message to new-work@ietf.org. The 
Secretariat will place the WG on the agenda for the next IESG 
Teleconference (October 27, 2016).

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Roni Even 
<ron.even.tlv@gmail.com> and Simon Pietro Romano <​spromano@unina.it> as 
the designated experts for RFC-ietf-clue-data-model-schema.

6.2 [IANA #928192] Designated expert for RFC 6690 (CoRE Parameters) 
    (Alexey Melnikov)

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved Christian Groves 
<Christian.Groves@nteczone.com> as the primary designated expert for RFC 
6690 (CoRE Parameters), with Carsten Bormann <cabo@tzi.org> and Jaime 
Jimenez <jaime.jimenez@ericsson.com> as backup experts.

The management issue was discussed. The IESG approved James Woodyatt 
<jhw@nestlabs.com> as the primary expert and Pascal Thubert (pthubert) 
<pthubert@cisco.com> as the secondary expert for the IANA registries in 
draft-ietf-6lo-paging-dispatch.
