Working Group Workshop


The following slides were first presented at the Amsterdam IETF meeting
in July of 1993 during the session entitled ``Workshop for Working Group
Chairs.''  With the third such session in Seattle, its purpose has
become much more general.  The slides give a fairly comprehensive
tutorial of the IETF process in general---information valuable to
participants as well as to working group chairs.  Everything from the
structure of the IETF, to a description of the working group process, to
the standards track and appeals process is covered.
