1. I am a little concerned about interoperability given the existing use of YANG modules without identifiers. I would have liked to have seen a section in the document that explicitly talks about interoperability and any guidance that may help with such challenges.

Nits:

1. I agree with Stephen's comment that "identifiers" is a bit nebulous and would benefit from some clarifying text.

2. I agree with Linda's comment about the unfortunate use of the SID acronym.
