Hello,  I have reviewed this document as part of the Operational directorate's ongoing effort to review all IETF documents being processed by the IESG.  These comments were written with the intent of improving the operational aspects of the IETF drafts. Comments that are not addressed in last call may be included in AD reviews during the IESG review.  Document editors and WG chairs should treat these comments just like any other last call comments. This intended status of this document is Informational. This document discusses Pseudowires (PW) under congestion conditions and whether the PW traffic can harm other traffic. The conclusions are that PWs transporting responsive traffic behave as desired and don't require additional mechanisms. For inelastic PWs such as TDM PWS it is proposed that the TDM PW be shut down when congestion conditions persist and it can no longer deliver accepatable traffic. The Nits tool found the following warning: Outdated reference: A later version (-11) exists of draft-ietf-tsvwg-circuit-breaker-04 Other than the above, I have no issues with the document. Thank you kindly, Menachem Dodge
