This document does not reference the DNS, and has no considerations
that reflect on the DNS.

Two unrelated nitpicks:

- Last paragraph of section 6, document is misspelled:
"that captures the important parts of the intended target docuemnt."

- section 4.2 fourth paragraph mentions "Downref Registry"a
but it is not explained or given a reference that explains it.
Later section 7 is all about "Downref Registry" so maybe that should
be referenced from section 4.2
