[17:14:20] <Steve Baillargeon> The rate problem statement is real work! Stating that UDP rate/capacity measurements is not important is an oversight. UDP measurements are complimentary to TCP measurements and are often done before TCP to verify the raw capacity/performance.
[17:14:46] <rscheff> @steve: relay?
[17:15:08] <Steve Baillargeon> What do you mean relay?
[17:15:22] <Steve Baillargeon> I am not in the room!

[17:18:45] <Steve Baillargeon> If the rate problem is about measuring bulk transfer. Then the title must state that it is for bulk measurements!
[17:19:32] <Steve Baillargeon> But bulk measurements cannot be used in-service.
[17:19:50] <Steve Baillargeon> Please remove in-service from draft
[17:21:52] <Steve Baillargeon> Thank you buddy!
