IETF 122: Traffic Engineering, redux

In this talk, Kireeti started by looking at current ways of managing traffic in networks and a false dichotomy therein. He then introduced a new approach to TE that resolves this dichotomy, yielding a much more powerful method of managing traffic. Then, he talked a little about how this works and concluded with future exploration and implementation plans.
