This is the Authority-to-Citizen Alert (ATOCA) working group.

The charter for this working group is here:
  <http://www.ietf.org/dyn/wg/charter/atoca-charter>

Mailing list details and archive are here:
  <https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/earlywarning>

Anyone who intends to contribute is reminded about the note well statement:
  <http://www.ietf.org/about/note-well.html>

Now that this working group is open for business, we will be asking people to work. Our first milestone is a terminology and framework document in January 2011.

Scott and I will now speak with those who have already made contributions and assess the status of these proposals.

The ATOCA chairs,
Scott and Martin
