I thought I would put forward a potential E911 use case for consideration by the group:

* Emergency Access for the disabled. An individual who is speech and/or hearing impaired and is fluent in ASL needs to make an emergency call. The call will support location conveyance as well as video (to accommodate ASL interpretation) and an audio stream (which might be only one-way) and will terminate on an ESInet conferencing system as described in NENA i3 stage 3. The conferencing system will automatically bridge in an ASL interpreter who will provide an audio stream and the mixed audio as well as video stream will be provided to the dispatcher, along with the caller location information.
