Dale,

I think that you need to add more information about the interaction with
Session Timers.

For example, what is the expected behavior:

1. If Alice is the refresher: Is Alice expected to become the refresher
for the new session with the music server?
2. If Bob is the refresher: Is the music server expected to become the
new refresher?

I am assuming that Bob is expected to keep forwarding the Session Timers
RE-INVITEs/UPDATEs between Alice and the music server. Correct?

Regards,
 Rifaat
