ARK -- Archival Resource Key | |

|
About ARK | |
This is an email forum for discussion of the Archival Resource Key (ARK), a naming scheme designed to facilitate the high-quality and persistent identification of information objects. With a decentralized creation and resolution infrastructure, cultural and scientific heritage institutions create actionable ARK identifiers without paying for the right to do so. The starting point for discussion of this application layer identifier specification (independent stream submission) is https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-kunze-ark/. To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the ARK Archives. |
