Meeting Venue and Hotels

The IETF room block at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and the Sheraton Vancouver Wall are both sold out on 19 and 20 July, with limited availability on 26 July.

The IETF group rate on 19 and 20 July will be available only if a cancellation within the IETF room block occurs. Rooms remain available on 21-26 July.

The address of IETF 120 meeting location is provided below. You can book your hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver via your attendee dashboard once you register for the meeting. Our room block is available from 17-28 July. Rates will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after our room block dates.

NOTE ABOUT CANCELATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to check-in/arrival date. In the case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to check-in, the hotel will charge one room nights at the group rate as a cancelation fee.
