The address of IETF 123 meeting location is provided below. You can book your hotel reservation at the Meliá Castilla Hotel & Convention Center via your participant dashboard once you register for the meeting. Our room block is available from 18 July - 27 July. Rates will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after our room block dates upon availability.
NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty up to 72 hours prior to check-in. In the case of cancellation less than 72 hours prior to check-in, the hotel will charge one room nights at the group rate as a cancelation fee.

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12:00 the night of check-in. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card which will be charged one nights stay at the time the reservation is made.
Guest Substitution: The Hotel will allow name substitutions for reserved rooms without penalty.
