The IETF 125 headquarter hotel and meeting venue is the Futian Shangri-La

The address of IETF 125 meeting location is provided below. You can book your hotel reservation at the Futian Shangri-la via your participant dashboard once you register for the meeting. Our room block is available from 9 - 20 March. Rates will be honored 3 days prior and 3 days after our room block dates upon availability.
NOTE ABOUT CANCELLATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty up to 3 March 2026 at GMT +8 prior to check-in/arrival. In the case of cancellation after 3 March 2026 at GMT +8, the hotel will charge one room nights at the group rate as a cancelation fee. In case of non-arrival or no-show without notice, the hotel may charge two room nights at the group rate as a cancelation fee.

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12:00 on the day following the guest's scheduled arrival date. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
