Meetecho Tutorial for Participants and WG Chairs

Presented by: Simon Romano

Sunday, March 25, 2012 - 13:00-14:50
Room: 252A

This tutorial is based on a learn-by-example approach and aims at providing IETF participants with an overview of the main features made available by the Meetecho platform when participating in an IETF meeting session.  This involves logging into the system, entering the IETF jabber room, following slide-based presentations, as well as accessing the real-time multimedia streams (either in a listen-only or in a listen-and-talk mode).  For IETF chairs, information will also be provided on how to properly set-up and manage an IETF Meetecho room. The final part of the tutorial is specifically dedicated to chairs wanting to act as moderators in the presence of a floor-control enabled session envisaging the presence of both local and
remote participants.
