We are very pleased to have two speakers during the technical plenary session. Arvind Narayanan, an associate professor in Princeton University Computer Science Department, will be speaking about network measurement and privacy. Steve Bellovin will also be speaking, following up on previous talks he's given at technical plenaries and updating us on his current thinking on privacy. Steve is a full professor in the Columbia University Computer Science Department.
